Design and Fabrication of Molds

Precision and customization are at the core of digital manufacturing. For one of our clients, we designed custom chocolate molding dies tailored to their exact shape and dimensional requirements. The mold was carefully designed in Fusion 360 to ensure accurate form and smooth detailing. Since the project required high surface precision and fine finish quality, we utilized SLA resin printing to produce a high-fidelity master prototype.

Versatile Master Molds

We have designed master molds for every customer requirement. Customers share images or concepts of things they want the master mold of, and we design the 3D CAD model and resin print it. These prints need to be of extremely high resolution, as they will later be used for making secondary production molds (like silicone) for casting statues, custom logos and badges only.
